Income tax receipts will be issued for all Karate fees paid in 2011 for students under the age of 16 in order to claim the Children’s Fitness Tax Credit. For more information, visit the Canada Revenue Agency website at www.cra-arc.gc.ca. Receipts will also be issued for young adults aged 16 through 24 in order to claim the Manitoba Fitness Tax Credit. February 9, 2012 – Dakota Karate group pictures, 7:00 PM.  All students are expected to be in the group picture, but you have no obligation to purchase.  NOTE:  For those who do not have a uniform, please try to wear light colored clothing.  Order forms will be available at the Club.  Please ensure you have your order form and payment in prior to getting your picture taken.  Cheques are made payable to:  CHILL PHOTOGRAPHIC.

February 25, 2012 – Dakota Karate Ski Night at Springhill Winter Sports Park.  This is a family fun night.  Dakota Karate Club has exclusive use of the hill, lifts and chalet. Everyone is invited so bring your family and friends.  The cost is $25.00 single rate or $60.00 family rate - not to exceed 5 family members.  The cost includes your lift ticket and ski/snowboard rentals.  A group snowboard lesson has also been arranged.  As this is always such a great success each year, get your tickets early before we sell out.  For tickets and/or information contact Darlene Ritchot at 254-6143, Sensei Kelly Neale at 256-7823 or Ray Dueck at 256-9590. See you all there!
