We offer two karate programs

Regular Karate Club program - This program is open to men, women and children from 9 to 90 years old! Students in this program can train up to three times a week. This training time is divided into separate class groupings. 2.5 hours/week of the training is done in a general class for all students of all levels. 1 hour/week is in a rank specific class (junior ranks/senior ranks) and .5 hour is in adult self-defense class.

Little Tigers Program (once a week) - This program is for beginner students 5 to 8 year old. Students train once a week for one hour. The Little Tigers program was started a few years ago in order to provide a separate class for younger children who would like to try karate, but may not have the attention span to participate in our regular karate program. In this program we mix karate training with karate games and try to give the younger children a positive karate experience. Students in this program are evaluated at the end of each three-month session to determine if they are ready to come into the regular karate program. Students who need more time, will stay in the program that is best for them, while students who are ready for more challenges, are promoted into the regular karate program.
