  • Maegeri - (forward stance leg front kick)
  • Maegeri - Front Kick
  • Maegeri Rengeri - Double Front Kick
  • Mawashigeri - Roundhouse Kick
  • Mawashigeri Rengeri - Double Roundhouse Kick
  • Nukite - Spear-hand straight thrust
  • Oizuki - Lunge Punch
  • Oizuki Sanbonzuki - One Step, 3 punches
  • Shutouke - Knife hand block
  • Soto Udeuke - Outside forearm block
  • Tate Urakenuchi - Back first strike (downward)

II. Stances: 

  • (FR) - Free style position
  • (KO) - Kokutsu-dachi (back stance)
  • (KI) - Kiba-dachi (straddle-leg stance)
  • (ZE) - Zenkutso-dachi (forward stance)
  • (Stance) g - Beginning Stance
  • g (Stance) -  Ending Stance

III. Target:

  • C. - Chudan (Stomach Level)
  • J. -  Jodan (Face Level).

IV. Movements:

  • I.C. - Beginning from the previous technique, in the same position, change technique using hand or leg.
  • I.S. - Beginning from the previous technique, use the same hand or leg to execute the movement.
  • F.C. - Moving forward, change the hand or leg movement from that of the previous technique for the next technique.
  • F.S. - Moving forward, use the same hand or leg movement as that of the previous technique.
  • X - Leg crossing over
  • SLF - Sliding forward
  • STF - Stepping forward
  • STB - Stepping backward
  • (F) - Moving Forward
  • (B) - Moving Backward
  • (P) - No movement. Remain in position
  • (T) - Turn
  • (R) - Return to front or original position. This is usually back to Kata position
